1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aspazy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aspazy is an AI-powered platform that connects structured data sources (such as Google Sheets) to help center platforms (such as Intercom) to automatically generate, update, and manage knowledge-base articles.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant Aspazy a limited license to access, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you connect to the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Articles generated by Aspazy's AI are created based on your input data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it to your help center.

You own all AI-generated content created through your use of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or data designed to attack the AI systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Subscriptions & Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will notify you of planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspazy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable EU member state.
